# Zenvy > Zenvy is a mobile app (iOS 16.0+ and Android 6.0+) for AI-personalized guided meditation. You describe how you feel, by typing or out loud; a generative AI writes a one-of-a-kind guided meditation from that message, and a speech synthesis engine reads it with one of the app's two voices (Hélène or Marc). The session starts in under a minute. Lengths: 5, 10 or 15 minutes, with optional background sounds. Languages: French and English. Zenvy is NOT a medical device: no diagnosis, no medical advice, no promise of recovery, and no substitute for psychological support. Publisher: Linck Labs (French SASU, 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France, Paris Trade and Companies Register 107 722 613). Contact: getzenvyapp@gmail.com. ## Product facts - Input: the user describes their state by text or by voice message (voice is transcribed automatically). - Safety: the message is first sorted into four levels (no distress, mild distress, moderate distress, crisis). In a crisis case no session is generated: the app shows a help line for the user's country (3114 in France, 988 in the US and Canada, 116 123 in the UK and Ireland). - Writing: a four-phase plan (welcome, breathing, body awareness, return), then the text written phase by phase from the message of the day, the goals in the profile, the emotional check-in of the day and the theme of the day. The user's message is never quoted word for word. - Reading: speech synthesis, two voices (Hélène, Marc), in the language of the app. - Pricing: The daily meditation is free every day, and you get one free personalized meditation per week, no credit card required. The subscription unlocks unlimited personalized meditations. - Data: emotional descriptions are used only to generate the session. They are never sold and never used for advertising. Sub-processors and user rights are detailed in the privacy policy; the account and its data can be deleted from the app. ## Key pages - [Home](https://getzenvy.app/en): what the app does, how it works, pricing and FAQ - [AI meditation](https://getzenvy.app/en/ai-meditation): what the AI does, what it does not do, how a session is written, privacy of emotional data, audio samples of both voices - [Which meditation app quiz](https://getzenvy.app/en/quiz): 5 questions, a personalized podium among 5 apps, no sign-up - [2026 meditation app comparison](https://getzenvy.app/blog/comparaison-apps-meditation-2026): Zenvy, Headspace, Calm, Petit Bambou and Insight Timer compared on price, library and personalization (in French) - [Blog](https://getzenvy.app/en/blog): articles on meditation, mental well-being and sleep - [Press & media](https://getzenvy.app/en/press): press kit — pitch, key facts, logo and downloadable visuals, media contact - [Download on the App Store](https://apps.apple.com/fr/app/zenvy/id6758867953): iOS app (iPhone and iPad, iOS 16.0+) - [Get it on Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.getzenvy): Android app (Android 6.0+) ## Pillar guides - [Letting go: the complete guide, from definition to exercises](https://getzenvy.app/en/blog/letting-go): How to let go: what the phrase really means, the five steps, 10 tips, a guided seven-minute exercise, and why letting go is not resignation. - [Meditation for sleep: what actually works in the evening](https://getzenvy.app/en/blog/meditation-for-sleep): Meditation for sleep: the evening practice step by step, 3 exercises that help, the 4-7-8 method, the military method, and the habits that keep you awake. ## Recent articles - [The self-compassion break: Kristin Neff's exercise, step by step](https://getzenvy.app/en/blog/self-compassion-break): The self-compassion break takes one minute: three phrases, a hand on the chest, a slow breath out.
